Short Itinerary
Day 1 – Drive from Shimla to Janglik
Day 2 – Trek: Janglik → Dayara Thatch
Day 3 – Dayara Thatch → Litham
Day 4 – Acclimatization day with Chandranahan Lake hike
Day 5 – Litham → Dhunda
Day 6 – Dhunda → Cross Buran Ghati Pass → River Camp
Day 7 – River Camp → Barua village → Drive to Shimla

Day 1: Arrive in Shimla → Drive to Janglik (2,800 m)
Drive ~9–10 hours from Shimla (200+ km)
Scenic drive along Pabbar River
Overnight stay in homestay/guesthouse
Day 2: Janglik → Dayara Thatch (3,400 m)
Trek: ~5–6 hrs
Trail: Forests of pine and oak → open meadows
Camp at beautiful alpine clearing with views of snow peaks
Day 3: Dayara → Litham (3,600 m)
Trek: ~5–6 hrs
Trail opens up to flower-covered pastures
Cross streams, walk beside Chandranahan river
Camp at Litham beside waterfalls and glacier moraine
Day 4: Acclimatization hike to Chandranahan Lake (~4,200 m)
Trek to glacial alpine lake (7-lake region)
Steep and rocky trail, return to Litham for overnight stay
Essential acclimatization before Buran Pass ascent
Day 5: Litham → Dhunda (4,200 m)
Trek: ~3–4 hrs
Trail climbs steeply; stunning views of Dhauladhar range
Snow patches may be encountered
Camp at high altitude with starry skies
Day 6: Dhunda → Cross Buran Ghati Pass (4,572 m) → River Camp
Long day: 10–12 hrs
Exciting snow wall descent from the pass (if trekking in June)
Rope support may be used
Rapid descent into lush green forest below
Camp near stream at lower altitude
Day 7: River Camp → Barua village (2,100 m) → Drive to Shimla
Trek: ~5 hrs through apple orchards and pine forests
Reach Barua village; trek ends
Optional same-day drive to Shimla or overnight stay in Barua

Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and original start date of the trek.
- Cancel before 30 days of trek start date and get full refund after deduction of 1.99% payment processing fee.
- Cancel before 15 days of trek start date and get refund after deduction of 20% of total trek fee.
- Cancel before 10 days of trek start date and get refund after deduction of 40% of total trek fee.
- Cancel before 5 days of trek start date and get refund after deduction of 60% of total trek fee.
- Trek fee is non-refundable if you cancel within 4 days before trek start date.
